You should be ok. passing on steep grades might be slow. My b&law's 5er is nearly the same specs, he pulls it with a 2011 tundra. Only mods are brake controller, towing mirrors and airbags. Its no diesel but pulls very well Colorado. I believe he is over on pin wieght (i believe bags serve thier purpose but don't give you any legal increase). Imo the tundra is a slightly stronger drivetrain and you have stronger frame & suspension. If you are with in your legal limits and comfortable driving it, go for it.
