Can this be removed?
What is this metal inverted triangle under the trailer.? Can it be removed or cut away? It keeps on hitting the driveway when i back up on my driveway. Can I remove it ?

Unfortunately, yes. They are there for when you enter or exit an incline. As the tongue of the trailer rises the rear will dip and sometimes drag.
