Yes, on that one hill in the entire USA the Chevy is faster with 50 less hp and 50 less tq. Kind of like the diesels - the lower hp Ram Cummins is faster up that hill than the Ford diesel which is rated to be much more powerful.
However, on every other test (Davis Dam, flat 1/4 mile loaded and empty, etc etc), The Ram's 6.4L Hemi out performed the 6.0L Chevy gasser. Not that it really matters to most people anyway.
