What I would suggest would be, the very first time you take your rig out, keep running your hands around the siding and carpet ever few minutes when it begins to rain.  It's way too late when you discover wet in general areas, and much better to know where it starts.  If you can possibly bring in the slide when it's raining, and see if that makes it better..  that is a good indication too.  Do you have a slide awning that extends over the sides?  Is the wind blowing or just straight down rain?  Lot's of possibilities until you work on it a bit.
