The bottom hose that is screw clamped onto a fitting, attached to pump, is probably the supply pipe from your onboard water tank. That is the typical location for the winterization kit supply hose to be attached.
The top pipe from the pump is teed into your cold water supply and hot water tank supply. The red and white pipes are your hot and cold water supply lines to the rest of your RV fixtures.
You need a valve and pipe/hose piece from the winterization kit installed in your tank hose line at the inlet to the pump, a valve to shut off supply water to the water heater and a valve to shut off the hot supply from the heater if a check valve is not already installed in the water heater. You'll also need a crossover (bypass) pipe from the cold water supply to the hot water supply. This will need a valve,too.
