Are state ratings not simply for tax purposes of the state? States do not change manufacturers' weight ratings nor is state registration necessarily related to them. They do not negate statements in Owner's Manuals, statements made by the manufacturers regarding the safe use or limitations on their equipment, effect warranty coverage etc.
