In CA you have to declare GCVWR and I had my F250 at 30,000lb (for trailer towing).
One more time I advise to open your eyes when you drive on highways.
Those 350/3500 series trucks pulling double-decker goose neck trailers with 5 cars on them sure carry more than any camper you can imagine.
