Carbon Monoxide Detector

We have had a lot of storms lately with lightning.My TC is in the garage and twice the CO Detector has started beeping. Years ago the lightning would turn on my old fish locator in my boat,that was strange. Has anyone ever have this problem.

    When i bought my first TC i know that if my battery got to low the alarm would go off. Had some bad storms before and that never happened to any of my older TCs. I went and purchased a battery operated only co2 alarm too for the camper just for peace of mind.
