Yes, you are at or over your factory cargo capacity.
On the other hand, how are you vs say your GRAWR? You may have some fudge as long as you do not overload an axel. I've done this many times thru the years with granted heavier duty vehicles, but run down the road with out white knuckles at 9500-9900 lbs gvw with a rig rated to 9200 from factory. I was under my front axel by 200-300 lbs, and 500 lbs under the rear capacity! I was also under my paid for gvwr of 10K lbs. At the end of the day, I would have had NO issues from the real weight cops! Now the ones here on RV.net....... that is another issue story!
Reality, you still should invest in a larger gvwr capacity truck at some point in time!
