Disagree, your agenda against using Vanco tires on trailers shows with all the back and forth with their customer service people till you got what you were looking for.
However folks are still using them and will continue to use them and the company will still recommend them for trailer service unless their pushed into the liability corner as you finally did.
I'm a advocate of using any type tire that gives the trailer owners the best bang for the bucks. I've recommended ST/P and LT tires for trailers all depending on tire load requirements/size of the trailer. I'm more into what actually works and has for years. I would think you should be also.
