The op asked about the Radial Trail RH as Carlisle has marketed Radial Trail tires in the past.
Carlisle finished testing the RH in late '11 according to a press release on their website. The RH hit the streets in early '12 time frame so they simply haven't had years of service or long term miles of service to make a determination how they work for the long run.
The RH is one of the new gen ST tires that from their physical looks and very few complaints so far Carlisle may have a winner.
If I was interested in a ST tire it would be the Radial Trail RH as their available just about anywhere.
