Carlisle Radial Trail RH

Had a set on our last tt the 2yrs we owned it. Never had any issues with them at all! Held air pressure very well between trips, and during the winter.
I plan on replacing our factory Rainier tires with a set of Carlise. Main two reasons are the speed rating (which is 81mph for the 15") and going to go up to a LR E from a D for more "reserve capacity".
Regarding the speed rating, the 15" was speed rated to 87mph, but due to a government tarif Carlisle reduced the speed rating to 81mph. I was informed of this during a conversation I had with a gentleman at Carlisle last Fall. I also learned that Carlisle was planning on releasing a new tire this Spring. I was not told if it would be a replacement to the RH, or an additional model in the tire line. Not sure if that is the HD tire or not. The new tire is suppose to have a little less rolling resistance, and a new tread pattern. It was my understanding the new model would have similar specs (weight rating, speed rating, etc) as the RH, with pricing very similar as well.
