I have them in my truck. But no reason you couldn't install a rack on the bumper of your TT. Or if it has a hitch receiver, get a cargo tray and attach to that.

If you use normal Jerry cans, there's no laws that would really affect you. Extra fuel is a must for me.

There are many opinions about them here. They're all wrong. Just kidding. There are a lot of knock offs out there though. Stick with these:
