A real "Jerry Can" is not CARB compliant so you will see this warning posted by many retailers to circumvent U.S. regulations. I don't think there is a CARB compliant can made that is worth buying.

Lexington Container that Bruce posted is one of the better deals I've seen since it includes shipping. I live near a Fleet Farm store and the can they sell is top notch and includes the spout.
