I don't know about those Rover Parts Jerry cans. The first thing I noticed when I opened your link was this warning:

The link to Lexington Container that Bruce posted is one of the better deals I've seen since it includes shipping. I live near a Fleet Farm store and the can they sell is top notch and includes the spout.
