caulking

I have a Crossroads TT with a TPO roof. On the roofs horizontal services I know I can use Dicor self leveling caulk but on the two sides the roof comes down about 3" vertical where it meets the trim. Would a product like Geocel Pro flex be the right product to use? :@

    I like 3M 5200 - it's a marine caulk, flexible/watertight/uv-stable.

    I find that the marine products (tested in lots of sun and salt-spray) usually work really well on RVs.
