Owners manuals for RVs are pretty generic, do not include plumbing, electrical or any diagrams. Nor do they include how to repair info..
The manuals that you really seek are the appliance manuals, for those you need to find the manufacturer name, model.
Be aware, 1973 many appliance manufacturers back then are out of business or have been swallowed up by another business. Service info and parts may not be available.
Post the brand and model here of the appliances and you may get lucky..
