Our favorite electric heater cost us $1 at a yard sale about 15 years ago. Our second most favorite was $9 on clearance at Walmart.
This is true but they don't all distribute heat evenly. Maybe they would all be the same in a perfectly, totally insulated closed area but in a trailer one might keep it toasty right around the heater in the living area but freeze you in the bedroom. Another, will circulate the heat through the whole area. The ceramic towers and the Vornado seem to get the most positive comments for RV's.
