Also, did Chalet offer to help you out at all, sounds like some serious design flaws. That's a lot of damage for a unit that's only two years old. Chalet does have a one year warranty on the structure. I found the company very hard to work with. The site manager did agree that they could fix it at my expense and after they reopened their new facility. I had many difficulties getting them to return my phone calls and emails. The owner of the company never returned my calls. After I decided to get it fixed locally, they did agree to sell me a new water tank. I'm not very happy with the Chalet company.
