Most vehicle charging circuits are not designed to charge batteries, just maintain them and unless you have a separate regulator just sensing the camper batteries, you will never get a full charge, regardless of how big your wire are or how long you run the truck. That being said, the real question is whether the driving will put enough back into the batteries to offset the overnight furnace use. With two group 24 batts in good condition, then the answer is most likely yes... Furnaces use 4-8 amps when running and for a 50 percent duty cycle, you may use 30 or so amps per night, maybe 50 with all the lights. So you should easily replentish that during you daily drive. Most likely.
