Another sample of high load on alternator was my Bayliner boat.
It had 30 amp alternator, or at least 30 amp breaker.
I had single, mid-size battery on it and micro/convection oven combo.
Using it with 1200W inverter, the 1500W oven would not kill the alternator.
On boat cooling was not a problem, so the 1200W inverter would run 1500W oven for about 7 minutes before going into overheat.
But that was what I needed most of the time and if not, couple of minutes for cool down and I could go again.
Boat did not generate as many hr as TC for sure, but that was quite extreme IMHO.
