charging of 2 camper batteries with truck alternator?

My 2017 Ford come with dual alternator due the electric cabin heater.
It is single system - from my memory 260 amp of charging.
I did own several motorhomes over the years and they all had single electric system, even when Country Coach had triple battery bank.
And the alternators of the era were in 90 amps range.
They sure wear out faster, but never created other problems.
The insulators that were used in them made natural current limiter.
