charging of 2 camper batteries with truck alternator?

I was confused just reading through the posting, then I read the replies to the vid.

We've camped with Nissans rentals in Australia and Namibia , they seem to work fine. My CPAC didn't overload the system.

I wonder about charging Optima Blue Tops with the truck's Red Tops.
