I'd say, welcome to the world of travel trailers in general. You will see many of these same kinds of complaints on $100K Airstreams, or any other brand for that matter. It happens.
As I often say, RV's are "some assembly required". Enjoy tinkering with it.....actually, none of what the OP spelled out was all that difficult to fix. A saturday afternoon with some basic hand tools, and a six pack of your fav beverage....and it's done.
I looked up what the trailer is....a nice little layout there. Enjoy it. It's all fun, even if you have to work on it some.
