When these places like Bank's for example start spouting "Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act" when you ask about your warranty just ask them to put it in writing that they will financially support you in court. I already know the answer.
If you add a tuner while your engine is under warranty, RAM for example will be able to detect you had a tuner and they WILL deny your warranty plain and simple. I have talked to the head West Coast Chrysler warranty rep about this.
Bottom line I tow 32,500# combined weight and I feel no need to touch the truck. It actually outpulls on the same grades along I-5 compared to my 98 12V tuned to 300HP/750TQ at the rear wheels towing a combined 20,500#.
