Chuck-box and outdoor kitchen ideas

I don't have any pics of my set up, but I use a commercially available Colemen Delux High Stand. It has proven to be a highly useful, how did I ever do without it, type peice of equipment. We had a power outage not long ago and we needed to cook dinner. Out came the stand and the propane stove and we cooked dinner. It was fantastic as well.

I do not have a lot of counter space and would like to make a box for the kitchen utensils and that sort of thing... Right now we just use the old Rubbermaid and its not well suited for this purpose.
