I went thru one. Unfortunately I knew more about it than the dam salesman. I really wanted the 820 but the layout is very similar to the 720.
Upon inspection the DW and I decided we didn't like the layout. The booth kitchenette is tight and though they claim someone could sleep there it could only be a child. The step bumper (diamond plate) seems quite heavy for the benefit.
Last year they could be had for $25,000 if you travel to New Hampshire. All other dealers I searched out wanted $30,000.
The 720's wet shower floor spills out into the main walkway of the unit. Being made of plastic I could see that some damage would be inevitable.
Sirrus was no help as their dealers are limited. JMOI
