I think you are deliberately misleading the members.
When I can sympathise with you staying at your parents house, you did not check the city laws and your own links clearly show you violated city codes.
Amazing that newspaper blown lot of smoke over nothing, but as others know for years, it doesn't take that much to obtain proper permit for stay and be over it.
