Might not be too bad for people to have to pass some high-weight/tow specific type of questions on a drivers test for a rig that heavy. I see people driving 40+ foot motorhomes with toads or giant duallys with 40'loaded toy haulers like they are driving a passenger car. Fact is in most states you can get your drivers license in a "Smart Car" (I use that term loosely) and then go drive a dually with a 40'fifth wheel the next day. Now that's a very scary thought for all of the rest of us out on the road.
