WD40. I buy it by the gallon and pour it into a generic spray bottle. Works great as a degreaser and for cleaning road tar and sap from metal, plastics, vinyl, etc.
For initial cleaning of the roof and sides, I use Simple Green. Then follow up with Maguires carnuba wash and wax.
