I use Purple Power diluted and sprayed on any soiled spots. For my soap I have always just used the Camco RV wash and wax that I use on the TT fiberglass. I also am pretty meticulous about opening my awning after any rain at home to keep it dried out. That makes a big difference along with cleaning it off with a dry extendable mop at the campsite before we depart for home. I've had folks tell me in amazement at campsites that my awning looks like it is brand new.
Our next rig, probably a Class A motorhome when I retire in 8-10 years, will have a metal wrap so the awning stays dry when it's rolled up.
