if the vehicle frame isn't rotten that will make a fine utility trailer once you get the rotten camper off and build a box. is that seriously the best "fixer upper" you could find? I saved an old beast and its rough and I can appreciate being ok with something that is not pristine anymore (look at my sig) but that thing is gone IMO
