COACHMEN CLIPPER ?

I really like the looks of the Coachmen Clipper BH. No dealers in my area. Who makes this trailer and is the exact same unit sold under another name? I have a feeling it is. Just curious. Thaniks

  • We went with a 16bh Ameri-Lite, the Clipper was on or radar also. We just did not like the door on the BH version. The Clipper is the same as a Viking. They are nice campers. I would suggest a toaster oven, you can set it outside instead of heating up your camper. Also a small omlete maker is great, 14 minutes, egg beatter and you have to omlettes.
  • Not familiar with this brand, but we're on our second FR product with no complaints. First was a HTT and now a TT. Very satisfied. Happy Camping!

Took an online look and it appears to be a solid entry level trailer. Cabinets look good. The 3.1 frig may or may not be a problem for you...it would be for us. But there is always just adding a cooler for extra space. Assuming that the A/C is center blast as I didn't notice any vents in the ceiling, which is fairly standard in smaller size units. Upholstery in the model I saw is nice and good neutral colors. If you have a choice, suggest you at least consider adding an oven. We use ours virtually every trip others never do....just depends on you. Exterior is appealing - nice and not overdone.

    Looks good....no glaring flaws. Enjoy!
  • I just bought a clipper. Forest River makes them. Haven't made the maiden voyage in mine yet. Whats the BH stand for? Mine is a FB which I assume is either full bed or full bath LOL.
