coffee grounds in the sink in an rv? y or n?
Out the first time with our trailer, and wife dumped the used coffee grounds down the sink....I told her that I thought that we probably should refrain from as many solids as possible in the RV drain....

I have a double sink in the kitchen counter. I use the smaller side to wash dishes and I have a dish rack that fits perfectly in the larger side and placed a stainless steel mesh sink strainer in that side. I dump the grounds from my stainless steel percolator basket in the trash and rinse it in the side of the sink with the screen before washing it in the small side. The screen in the drain side gets cleaned as needed. Very little grounds or food particles get washed down the drain and into the tank.
