coffee grounds in the sink in an rv? y or n?
Out the first time with our trailer, and wife dumped the used coffee grounds down the sink....I told her that I thought that we probably should refrain from as many solids as possible in the RV drain....

I use a french press and it's extremely difficult to get all the grounds out without using water. I add enough water to swirl them around and dump this liquidy mess into the trash, then another rinse and dump remainder into the sink. This is at least 1/4 of the grounds, and they go down the drain. No problems yet with clogs or stuck drain valves, been doing this a couple of years.
I wouldn't worry about it; grounds are a lot finer than food scraps - which are more of a problem in my opinion.
