Cold weather camping

We are camping for Thanksgiving. It is supposed to get to 31 degrees. Do I have to disconnect water? I will leave cabinets open and will have a heater going. I know some guys have wrapped hoses with electric wrap? Is that what you use and what do you wrap? It will get to the 50s during the day.
