Coleman Stovetop

Recently purchased a coleman 2 burner stovetop grill and tried hooking it up to the quick connect line. When I lit the burners there was barely a flame. I know its bc its regulated down but is there a way to change this
  • I just returned from a trip and I ran out of the little green cylinders. I tapped into my Extend-a-Stay fitting (again) and this time the grill worked fine. I can't explain why it didn't work before, but I'm happy with it now! No messing around with tanks.
  • Remove the regulator from the Coleman, and replace it with the appropriate fitting. Way easier than carrying around extra tanks.
  • I had the same problem with mine. If you sort it out please post back. I used the high-pressure port on my Extend-a-stay (no regulator) and the hose that came with the kit - it still didn't work. Very weak flame. The only way I can get a decent flame out of it is hooking a can up to it.
  • I have a separate 10# tank for my Coleman 3-burner stove.

No ... run your 2-burner Coleman stove with the high pressure feed it's designed to run on - 16.4 oz canister, propane tank, or T off one of your trailer tanks before the regulator.
