I currently own a 2012 Escape 19' and I have previously owned both a 2010 Lance 1880 and a 2012 Lance 1575. Although Lance trailers are high quality, they do not compare to Escape. Both of my Lance had design flaws and they all have seams that can leak. My 1575 had a leak around the antenna and the slide stopped working after 3 months. The 1880 had roof bubbles in the rubber roof.
That said, Escape is almost bullet proof. With no seams the only possible leaks would be around windows and vents, which all trailers have. But Escape has no wood, so any water will not harm the unit, in fact there are drain holes underneath that would allow any water to drip out, damage free. But the main reason Escape is the best is the ability to make the trailer yours. They are custom built units and the owners will build the inside any way you want. You want front and rear dinettes, they will do it, queen bed in rear with a double in front, they will do it. They offer 4 different refer sizes, 2 different a/c sizes and you can get up to 8 windows. They offer thermopane Hehr windows and winter packages as well as solar. You will not find these features on your other units you listed as under consideration. Plus all this comes under 3000# from the factory with a tongue weight of 350#.
