Nice that he went to all that effort. But. I wish he had used a more realistic proportion of length, width and height.
Our tank is 32 gallon and only a few inches tall below the toilet. The dwg. below shows one 32 gallon dimension (there are several configurations available in tanks for the same volume). With these shallow tanks, it doesn't take very long to build up a pyramid of poop which takes some work to get flushed out with our built-in rinser.
With the tall tank he uses, you'll get a faster rush of water when the valve is initially opened compared to what many tanks are actually like.
Another thing with shallow tanks is that it is hard to clean the sensors well enough to prevent false readings. I usually let our flusher run for 5-10 minutes to get the tank bottom clean (can see tank bottom thru our toilet).
Am looking forward to seeing his vid on how effective various chemicals are.
