Compartment seal or caulking - where to get this rubber

Hi, I've got a 2001 Bigfoot camper that has some of these rubber seals around compartments such as the basement, see below that are drying up and falling out. Where can I find these? Thanks! ...

When you remove the old stuff, take a gander at the screw heads underneath. If they are rusty, you may have a leak that needs addressed. To be sure, remove one and if the shank of the screw is rusty, you do have a leak.
