There is a grain of truth there, at least the idea of making Takata provide loaner vehicles. Couple of months ago I caught our senior US senator (Bill Nelson)passing gas on the subject and suggested the loaner vehicle idea and proposing the government make it so by legislation or an executive/administrative order.
