with some ingenuity, you will find there is very little you can NOT do, you just have to do it differently. Get a GOOD convection oven (the good ones are a couple hundred $$).
The big thing you need are electricity and water and waste disposal. Showering and laundry are your next chanllenges. Plan for disasters like when a big Noreaster blows in and knocks out the power for 2-3 days.

Plus he's moving frequently. And works. Black tank is good for a couple weeks or so min. Longer if he takes a c rap at work and pees outside sometimes.
