It is a question of how long the heat source is used. An oven might be on for 3 hours max, and may well be cycling on and off once it reaches cooking temperature. A combustion heater may be on for 24 hours continuously. If it is unvented, the concerns are O2 depletion and CO production (which increases as O2 drops). We are talking parts per million.
If one pound of propane is burned about 1 pound of water is going to be made. Now everything in the TC will be wet.
There are vented combustion heaters that use no power. They cost more than unvented ones, but they are safe. They most often have a thermostat.
BTW I've boondocked at -37 c (-34 f), so I do know just a tiny bit about cold weather camping while full timing.
