Did you get the name of person you spoke with and made reservation with?
Should always get that info when dealing over the phone
You have 'confirmation' with the credit card billing for deposit.
If this 'ticks' you off then you might reconsider if RVng is right hobby as there will be other issues that will be more irritating then lack of an e-mail response.
