This is what the DW does and she makes most of the reservations. The other thing you might try is ask if might get a text over your smart phone. Some campgrounds may not have the capability to send their receipts over the internet.
The DW doesn't get upset but when she doesn't get a email, she calls in the morning before we leave for the next campground and confirms before we leave.
