I think what the board is telling you is you do not have the optimum TV and TT set up. But the real question is what are your real options?
Are you going to buy a new TV or settle on an alternate TT floor plan?
You seem to have the horse power, the max cargo and towing capacity. With a decent WD hitch and sensible driving it would seem doable.
As a newbie, remember you will probably be driving 55 to 60 mph and around 300 miles a day. With luck you will get 10 mpg. If you take the Interstates everything will pass you. We try to run the major highways instead.
Towing and RV is not a race nor is it a scary proposition. But it does take a bit of planning and attention to details. It is an enjoyable experience for millions every year.
Enjoy the trip and keep us posted.
