About 6 years ago, the PA troopers were stopping recreation horse trailers and making sure they were registered for the weight they were hauling. I've never been stopped but during that time I registered my truck such that the combination weight was in the proper range. I did notice my new truck isn't registered that way. Dealer never asked me what class, so I need to decide if I want to change it or roll the dice.
