Confused about Truck Class when titling, PA

I am not against saving money by any means. However the rules and regs are the rules and regs. Pay for the proper class. Fight to change the system, lobby etc to get the rules changed if they are not liked. I certainly don't agree with all the rules and regs either but I do try to follow them. Red light cameras and speeding photo radar, if you are speeding or run a red light you broke the dang law pay the fine and move on, be glad you didn't get the points on your license as well as the fine. I didn't like them either but not because of some altruistic reason it was just one more opportunity for me to get caught if I did something stupid but I didn't have a problem with them being used, though they have been more or less outlawed here due to public outcry so the system does work at least at times.
