Considering a 2011 Suburban 2500

I have a 1500 Burb now. I hope to get a 2500 burb next. The crew cab trucks don't have enough air conditioned space to do what we need to do. I do like the Chevrolet though.

I agree. My denali was always running hot.

Holy ****. A 2011 Suburban 2500 for $9200? That's a S-T-E-A-L.

I figure my '08, 3LT trim level, even with 170k miles, is worth a lot more than that.

I don't know what rowekmr was looking at but I found this 2003 8.1 in IL. It's also got the 4.10 rear so has the same 12,000 tow rating as I do.

Just throwing this out there for information. I had a denali with the 6.2 to tow the family and TT around for about a year. I hated every minute of it. So many problems with it. Everything is made out of plastic from 07-13. That rig was literally falling apart. I drove 14 hours 1 way to trade it in on a 3/4 ton 8.1 suburban. Night and day difference and I could not be happier with my purchase. I liked the look of the newer 3/4 tons better, and I like the 6.0 with the 6L90, but I knew it came with the same plastic **** as my denali.

You can get the 6.2 in the 1500 Silverado/Cadillac Escalade/GMC Denali. It’s similar, I think to the Vette engine.
