There certainly are higher quality TTs out there but the majority of the 300,000 RV buyers each year are satified with what the market produces.
If you want higher quality in today's market you will have to pay significantly more.
Maybe someday the consumer will demand and be willing to pay for an improved product but until that time, what you see is what you get.
For most it is a hobby or a pass time. Just as most fishermen will settle for $40.00 rod rather than a $1400.00 custom fishing pole. People are just not interested in paying for more.
