From what you are saying you would be happier spending a few thousand $$$ to spruce up your current RV. If it's basically sound and the floor plan suits you, you would be better off to keep it.

Fix whatever is wrong with the appliances, paint and re-upholster, and you will have a like-new trailer with the quality of an older one.
